How it Works
Neighborhood Connections’ purpose is to provide financial assistance to neighborhood-based groups in the cities of Cleveland and East Cleveland. We fund projects that focus on improving the quality of life in local neighborhoods by providing grants ranging from $500 to $5,000. There are two rounds of grants each year, with deadlines in February and August.
In addition to improving neighborhoods, grants are intended to assist neighborhood groups with building or strengthening relationships to other neighborhood groups and to larger, more-established community-based organizations. Click here for our grantmaking guidelines.
