Neighborhood Connections, in partnership with Project Access, Neighborhood Leadership Institute, the Neighborhood Leadership Development Program, and the Cleveland Neighborhood Development Coalition, created a directory of neighborhood groups and organizations, along with valuable resources, that is available now.
